• The Webb Index combines sentiment (70%) and stability (30%) into a single 0-100 score
• The final signal (Breaking, Crisis, Stable, Optimistic, etc.) is resolved by cross-referencing the index against predefined thresholds

Limitations: The Webb analyzes headlines, not full articles. It cannot detect sarcasm, satire, or nuance. It reflects the tone of news coverage, not objective reality. A "Crisis" signal means the headlines are dark — not that the world is literally ending.
